Performance™

A shared-risk commercial alliance oriented to revenue goals.

We structure hybrid contracts where a substantial part of our compensation activates only if we exceed your sales targets.

Performance™

Designed exclusively for companies that have already validated their business model and conversion metrics, and have a commercial infrastructure capable of processing demand at scale. After a prior audit in our Audit Lab, we co-invest our operational and MarTech engineering capacity to scale your sales. If your company sells more, Evox wins; if targets are not met, we absorb part of the operational risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the shared-risk commercial partnership (Performance) work?

In Performance™ we tie our profitability directly to the real revenue generated by the campaigns. After an initial Audit Lab audit, we co-invest our operational and engineering capacity in exchange for a commission on incremental sales or goals achieved.

What requirements must my company meet for this model?

We check that the business has a validated model, stable unit economics (positive contribution margin), a sales team able to process the lead volume and a consolidated active ad investment.

How is the risk commission percentage defined?

It is set by mutual agreement through financial modeling of your margins. We define a target cost per acquisition (target CPA) and a commission scale tied to revenue goals.

What happens if the agreed revenue goals are not met?

Evox absorbs the loss of its dedicated operational capacity and development hours. The client is not charged the performance-linked fee and the strategy is reviewed jointly.

Does ad spend fall within your risk structure?

No. Ad-platform spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is funded directly by the client. Evox contributes its intellectual capital, software development, creatives and marketing-team management.
