Who is it for?
It's for you if
Executives in marketing, technology, sales, RevOps and digital transformation who need to organize or redesign their stack.
It's not for you if
Not a product comparison or a technical implementation: it is the architecture decision that comes before choosing vendors.
Frequently asked questions
Will you recommend specific tools?
The focus is on architecture and capabilities. We can name categories and examples, but the vendor choice is a later step.
Is it theoretical or hands-on?
Hands-on. You leave with your company's architecture diagram and a phased implementation roadmap.
Does it work if we already have a stack in place?
Yes. Much of the work is diagnosing the current stack, spotting overlaps and gaps, and ordering the evolution.
